I am a student, am I eligible to attend this conference?

Yes. Students, researchers, academicians, and professionals are eligible to participate in this conference.

Who can attend the Welcome Reception?

All the attendees are invited to attend the Welcome Reception. The welcome reception is included with your registration.

How many Credit points will be available for the conference?

At this time, academic credit is unavailable for our conference.

Will I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, all the registered participants that include paper presenters as well as listeners will receive certificates of participation.

Will I get my article published in any medium from this conference?

Yes, all the registered articles will get published in the Conference Proceeding book with ISBN.

If my abstract is not accepted, can I still attend the conference?

Yes, you can attend as a Listener/Delegate if your abstract is not accepted.

What is the word limit of the abstract?

250-350 words are allowed per abstract.

How many pages are allowed for a full paper?

8 to 10 pages are allowed in a research article.

Can I submit my poster for this conference?

Yes, you can present your poster in this conference, but to get an acceptance letter you need to submit the abstract of the poster.

I am the Co-author of the paper, Can I present the work.

With the consent of the main author, the co-author can present the work.

Is there an option for Video/Skype presentation?

Yes, Video presentation is there for those who cannot attend the conference physically

Where can I find guidelines about poster sessions?

Dimensions for the posters are 2*3 feet (Width 2 and Height 3). Please ensure that your poster does not exceed this size

Can you sponsor our travel and accommodation?

Since we are a non-profitable association we are unable to sponsor anyone's travel and accommodation.

Are meals / Lunch included with my registration?

Your registration includes a Welcome coffee break, 3-course standing buffet lunch, and an Evening coffee break with snacks.

Can I cancel my registration?

For cancellation policy details, please check the terms and conditions on our registration page.

When will registration open?

Registration is already open for this conference. You can register on or before the registration deadline

Can I register online?

Yes, we do have an online registration option; we accept all major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard, Diners, AMEX etc.

Will I get a fee receipt after I make the payment for participation?

Yes, you will receive a fee receipt from our team once you complete the registration process.

Can you provide me with the invitation letter?

Yes, an official invitation letter on the conference letterhead will be issued once your registration process (Payment process) is successfully completed.

Will I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, all the registered participants that include paper presenters as well as listeners will receive certificates of participation
