1. General Terms :

• By registering for a Research Leagues event, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
• Research Leagues reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.
• Research Leagues is not responsible for any personal belongings lost during the event.
• Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the event venue.

2. Code of Conduct :

• Participants are expected to engage in professional, ethical, and respectful interactions.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.
• Research Leagues reserves the right to deny participation to any individual violating ethical guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property :

• All materials presented during the event, including research papers, presentations, and recordings, remain the intellectual property of their respective authors.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sale of event materials is strictly prohibited.
• Research Leagues may record sessions for promotional and educational purposes. Participants agree to this by attending.

4. Travel & Accommodation :

• Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Research Leagues does not provide travel assistance or handle visa applications.
• Research Leagues is not liable for any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations.

5. Visa Support :

• Research Leagues does not communicate with embassies or consulates for visa applications.
• Invitation letters are provided only to registered participants upon full payment.
• A visa denial does not qualify for a refund, but credit may be offered for future participation.

6. Registration & Transfers :

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another individual from the same organization.
• A transfer request must be submitted at least 45 days before the event.

7. Privacy Policy :

• Participant information is collected solely for event management purposes.
• Research Leagues does not share participant data with third parties without consent.
• By registering, participants agree to receive event-related communications.

8. Refund Policy :

• Since this conference is hybrid format, the organizer reserves the right to conduct the event either in-person or virtually. Please note that no refunds will be issued due to changes in the event format.
• Event Cancellation: If Research Leagues cancels an event, the full registration fee will be credited for a future conference within one year.
• Postponement Policy: If an event is postponed and the participant cannot attend on the new dates, the full registration fee will be credited for a future event.
• Refund Conditions:
• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference: full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 30–60 days: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 30 days: No refund.
• Virtual registration fees are non-refundable. A credit will instead be issued for use at a future conference event.
• The above refund policies are applicable only if the registrant has not received the official invitation letter for participation in the event. If the client receives the conference invitation letter but cannot attend the conference, no refund will be provided.
• All cancellations or modifications must be requested in writing via email at team@researchleagues.com.
